Financial Policy
For Patients With Insurance
We gladly submit insurance claims electronically and provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs based on our experience with your provider and real-time eligibility information.
- For single-visit procedures, the estimated out-of-pocket cost is due in full at the time of treatment.
- For multiple-visit procedures, half of the estimated cost is due at the start of treatment, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- Payments can be made via check, cash, or debit card. Credit card payments will include a 3% service fee.
For Patients Without Insurance
No insurance? No worries! We encourage you to explore our in-office dental plan, which offers savings on routine care and treatments. If you choose not to enroll, we provide the following payment options:
- Pay in full at the time of service with a check, cash, or debit card and receive a 5% discount. Credit card payments will include a 3% service fee.
- For multiple-visit procedures, half of the balance is due at the start of treatment, with the remainder collected upon completion. Payments made with a check, cash, or debit card qualify for a 5% discount. Credit card payments will include a 3% service fee.
