CareCredit®*
We accept CareCredit, a healthcare financing option that allows patients to pay for dental treatment over time with convenient monthly payments. CareCredit can be used for procedures not fully covered by insurance, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care. The application process is quick, free, and provides an instant decision in most cases.

At Seth M. Wallerstein, D.M.D., we are committed to making quality dental care accessible and affordable. Our dental plan is designed for individuals without insurance or those who have recently lost coverage, offering significant savings on essential treatments.
Plan Benefits
For an annual fee, valid for one year from the date of enrollment, members receive:
- Two routine exams and cleanings within a 12-month period.
- All necessary x-rays at no additional cost.
- Two fluoride treatments at no additional cost.
- 15% discount on diagnostic, preventative, periodontal, and restorative treatments that do not require lab work.
- 10% discount on root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
Important Considerations
- Some procedures may require a referral to an outside specialist, such as orthodontic care or wisdom tooth extractions. These treatments are not included in the plan.
- Payments for services under this plan must be made by check, cash, or debit card. Credit card payments are not accepted.
- This is not an insurance plan, meaning there are:
- No deductibles.
- No annual maximums.
- No waiting periods.
- No exclusions for pre-existing conditions.
- No claim forms.
- No exclusions for cosmetic treatments.
